I’m really pleased with my brow lamintation and lash lift & tint. The appointment was unrushed, and she took her time to make sure every step was done properly. She explained what she was doing throughout, checked I was comfortable, and was so patient and gentle. The results look natural, tidy, and exactly what I wanted. A really professional service. I'd happily book again.

This was such a lovely appointment! I was so sorry nervous about it as I had previously visited someone many years ago who did an awful job of my eyebrows so I felt really nervous about this but honestly Charlie did the best job with my brow tint and I love my lash lift too. The clinic is spotless and Charlie is SO lovely and makes you feel so comfortable and is very much led by you and what you want and need from your treatment. Charlie made me feel so comfortable and kept me at ease and I am really happy with my results - looking forward to returning!

For my brow lam and an occasional chin wax and ngl I probably won’t go to anyone else😅 she always does a thorough job and I’m always so so happy with the end result. I had a great experience with Charlie. She was a lovely person and very caring, very kind and made me feel confident at what I was doing. I did brow lamination as well as lash lift and tint courses on two different days. I can confidently say that she was one of the best mentors I have trained with. I’ve done some training previously in Russia too before moving to the UK, but they were not as approachable and patient as Charlie. She made sure I do my training confidently and precisely, she did not rush any part of the training, she immediately recognised my potential as well as my weakness and made sure I was not nervous at any stage of my training. She was extremely helpful and encouraged me to ask questions that I was not sure about. I am extremely happy with my decision to do my training with Charlie. I highly recommend Charlie, her training was wonderful, can’t thank her enough for the amazing experience.
