Very happy with my haircut, thanks Caroline! I also thought she was considerate, easy to communicate with and chat to, and I felt welcomed and well looked after. Especially helpful for those of us that might be going through some rough times! Would definitely recommend.

Caroline was so welcoming and listened to what I wanted and my concerns about my hair. She cut my fringe exactly as I wanted it, and I will definitely be back for a full cut. Caroline's conversation was a breath of fresh air and I feel I've finally found someone who is in my wave length!

Love my new haircut, it certainly was a challenge because my hair was a mess but Caroline figured out how to make it look nice! I really enjoyed the head massage and the chill vibes in general, Caroline was careful to check in with me to see that things were going as I wanted them. There's a lot of effort put into making the experience inclusive and welcoming, without making assumptions.

Caroline was absolutely amazing, making you feel right at ease straight away. She discussed the best options for my hair and what would be best for how I wanted it to look. The chat was great and made the whole experience feel nothing like an ordinary haircut appointment. The haircut itself is absolutely how I wanted it to look and have received so many compliments and praise!! Will be back!!
