Booked my hair at 9am yesterday. Booked 9am as I was driving to Scotland for an event at 10:30am and all of my usual hairdressers were full. Arrived at 8:50am and the shutter was down. Gave it til past 9am to call the owner and inform her I was outside but the shutter was down. She stated she was in Paris and does not use Booksy. Silly then that Booksy is still active, and sillier yet that I’ve had three notifications since asking for a review. Left me in a panic before a big event and I have thick naturally curly hair that is difficult for me to manage on my own, that’s why I go to hairdressers to save me time and stress. The whole situation just added to my stress and this Booksy account needs to be deleted if it is not in use. Worse yet, if it was the other way around and it happened to me as a business owner I would be mortified and apologising to the client, sending a further message to apologise once more. Didn’t feel like she was sorry over the phone it was just a case of “nothing I can do, don’t use Booksy” and no message to apologise. Not how I would of moved personally

Absolutely love my blonde hair! I’ve been to many different hair salons and tried several hairdressers, but finally I found someone I’m genuinely happy with. She understood exactly what I wanted and the result is beautiful. The colour looks amazing, very professional and natural. I felt comfortable the whole time and you can really tell she cares about her clients and her work. Highly recommended I finally found my hairdresser! ✨

I’m extremely happy with my balayage! I get it done once every quarter because it looks so good that I only need to touch up my gray roots at home in between appointments. It’s such a huge convenience for me. The colour is gorgeous, the highlights are beautiful and the cut is great. I’m very satisfied and always leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!
