Fred is a great barber who provided an excellent haircut for my son. One area for improvement is punctuality. I’ve now visited twice and on both occasions we’ve had to wait around 30 minutes past our appointment time. Being on time for client appointments is especially important as the pricing for children’s haircuts is on the higher end. Clients paying a premium expect appointments to run on schedule and improving punctuality would further enhance the overall customer experience. Overall, I’d happily recommend Fred for the quality of his work.
