Had a lovely wash cut and blow dry today with Ira - she was kind and very gentle with my hair, and checked with me what I wanted the whole way through. I've tried several local salons in the last couple of years and this was the first place I came away happy and feeling like I'd been listened to. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Ira!
Fairly mediocre haircut pretty standard, did try over charging me but agreed to the original price when challenged on it. Constantly speaking a different language so was nigh on impossible to understand, not a barber in there speaks English so difficult to converse and they don’t really speak to clients from what I saw maybe different with others

One of our stylists is from Ukraine and is still improving her English, but she is highly skilled and always does her best to communicate with clients.
