She was so lovely!! So attentive, informative, and super gentle. She reassured me about the pain (little to none!), swelling (little to none!, and after care. Alexi was an absolute dream for my first ever injectable treatment. I had a liquid rhinoplasty and 0.5ml lip filler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I did have an unfortunate complication (which I only mention because I think it’s important to highlight how it was handled, not to scare anyone), but Alexi dealt with it immediately. She was calm, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and resolved the issue straight away. I have an anxiety disorder, so the fact that I came back to complete my treatment after experiencing a complication really says everything about the trust she inspired. Absolutely in love with my lips! I have zero pain tolerance and Alexia made me feel so at ease. She gave me a stress ball which actually helped massively 😂 and she made sure that I was happy with the results throughout.
