Poppy is hands down the best, she’s so so lovely, and has become not only a lash tech to me but a very good friend. Her talent NEVER misses and she will always try her best to accommodate you.

Terrible experience, the appointment was changed three times, then a message to say she was running late as she was getting her nails done to then find out that there is a age restriction for lashes which was not explained at booking, very misleading and a very upset daughter as we go on holiday tomorrow very unprofessional and unreliable would not recommend at all. Disappointing
I am so sorry you have left disappointed, unfortunately I wasn’t aware of your daughters age as the booking was under your name and details. Sometimes appointment times are altered slightly to fit other clients in, however there is an option to decline if the new time doesn’t work for yourself. My text prior to the appointment was to let you know the salon was open, so if you arrived early then you could sit in the waiting area, i was at the salon for your appointment time and before you had arrived. My insurance doesn’t cover under 16’s therefore I would be unable to go ahead with the treatment I hope you understand
