I didnt get what I asked for and just felt pressured to agree with the nail tech. I wanted long sheer pink nails and showed a photo of how i usually get my nails done, woth pink builder gel. The tech told me that my nails were not pink in the photo (they definitely were) and said white would get the results i want. I then asked for my nails to be longer during the clipping stage, she laughed and said somthing like not too much longer and wouldnt make it any longer. As a result ive ended up with vile, short, stubby, white nail extentions that look like tictacs and have chunks missing from the side wall due to poor filing technque. They are ugly and make my fingers look short and wide. They are not what I wanted. I also ended up with biab on the skin of 4 fingers which massively increases the risk of developing allergies to gel. Had to go home and file them to straighten out the chunks missing from the sidewalls and i had to paint my own sheer pink over the top. If you have a customer asking for somthing, just do it.

Poor service

I've been a customer here for 4 years and after moving 40 minutes away I still return here to have my nails done. Zina is incredible. Her attention to detail is 10/10 and I'm never disappointed.

This nail salon is so good. All the staff are fantastic and the prices are reasonable. It’s always very friendly - and always busy!

I waited 40 mins for my appointment which was meant to be at 9am. The lady didn’t even apologise and spent a lot of time chatting to her mates next to us. I’ve been having my nails done for nearly 10 years and this has to be one of the worst BIAB sets I’ve had. They are now all lifting and one has gone green under the BIAB. Really disappointing as I’d been in for a pedicure previously with someone else and had enjoyed the salon.
