My first visit and I will be returning. I had a few treatments, including lashes. All was fantastic, but my lashes are amazing 🥰 And so friendly and professional. I highly recommend. Thanks for such a fabulous pamper

Salon was closed at time of my appointment. Had to go elsewhere instead.
Preety was nice and polite, and the room itself felt comfortable. The air con was great and the door lock made me feel safe. I didn’t feel fully comfortable during the Hollywood wax though. The whole treatment felt rushed and it was extremely painful. I was asked to hold my own skin, which I later found out isn’t standard practice for intimate waxing. The waxer is supposed to do that themselves, and I think this is why the experience felt so uncomfortable and why the results were patchy. Even though she was going to see my intimate area anyway, I found it a bit odd that she stayed in the room while I undressed. I expected to be left alone to get ready and for her to knock before coming back in. Overall, Preety was friendly, but the waxing itself didn’t feel professionally handled. NEXT DAY UPDATE - After leaving my review, Preety called back and was very confrontational about my review and asked me to take it down. I said I am not taking it down and now I have reduced it from 2 stars to 1 star. She said "It's your first time, not my first time". EDIT in response to your response - I expected pain of course but I felt deeply uncomfortable and thought the job was not done professionally and I am not happy with the result. It was done in 15 minutes which is not enough time for an properly done intimate wax. The allocated time for the appt was 45 minutes. I left a 2-star review and it was an honest recount of my experience both the positives and negatives. Your phone call was extremely unprofessional and I thought you were very rude so my review stands. I was dismissive because you pressured me to take down my review which was uncalled for and it is my right as a customer to review my experience.
I think leaving 1 star is very unfair. As someone who is getting an intimate wax for the first time your expectations were very unrealistic. Of course it hurts getting your hair removed from your intimate area, especially for the first time! I’m not really sure what you expected? I also asked you to hold part of your skin to make sure it did not rip or bruise. This is common practice. As for leaving the room while you got undressed, again this is not common practice, especially when I’m going to be waxing your intimate area anyway. If you were not comfortable you could have said. I would have left the room. I did not rush your wax. I had no clients after you so had no reason to rush. I took the same time as I do with any other client. Finally I only called as I don’t like having an unhappy customer. I wanted a chance to explain myself and see if there was anything I could do to rectify the experience for next time and I was not confrontational at all. If anything you were being rude and dismissive and wouldn’t even let me talk. Anyway I hope you do end up going elsewhere to get an intimate wax so you have something to compare my treatment with.
