it's not even open disappointing

This woman is a SCAMMER. Ladies/Gents dont be fooled, she will give you loads of personal excuses then turn it around and make herself a victim if you ask for a service you have paid for. I had my 1st botox injections, sketchy unfinished venue and turned up late, after alteady rescheduling. When it came to top up appointment, 1st time no show, was meant to send alternative appointments - never did, i booked 2nd time through Booksy, was going to be a no show again, glad I've messaged prior to confirm, only to hear more personal excuses and no alternative offer, until i asked for it. Once i asked, she got really defensive, claims she didn't like my tone. Played a victim all along, trying to guilt trip me, as if I was being rude for asking for what i paid for. Disguisting communication, hostile, defensive, distrustful. Said she'd give me 25% discount by end of yesterday for no top up, yet no communication, as expected. However, all over social media, enjoying beach outings and festivals at the same time. Please do not fall for the excuses. This business will be reported to it's regulators and I inspire everyone to do the same. If you dont believe me, please look at the other 1 star comments. The woman is always a victim of some personal stuff and using the same lines such as 'please don't talk to me this way'. Toxic AF! Dont be fooled.
