Excellent haircut and service - actually the best I ever received. I went for the first time after being relatively new to the area. I was greeted by Theo. From the moment I walked in I received a very friendly welcoming approach and made to feel a "special" customer which every customer values. From the moment I sat down Theo was both incredibly professional and friendly and we engaged in some very interesting conversations which made the experience more pleasurable. What impressed me the most was that Theo explained all the nuances about what he was suggesting to do to my hair and why whilsts still giving me full choice on the matter. I had never experienced this level of care and demonstration that he knew exactly what would look best for my face/ style etc. What's more Theo took a lot of care over my haircut and the haircut was perfect, proportioned and well styled with not a hair out of place (not even around my ears which is normally the area where many barbers mess up). Keep up the good work! I'll be back.
