I absolutely love keeping my hair very long, so I was a little nervous about having it trimmed and straightened, especially as my hair was quite thick and had some knots and tangles. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took their time and were so gentle and supportive while working through my hair. I really appreciated their care, patience, and kindness throughout the appointment, and I’m very happy with the result. Thank you for looking after my hair so well! ❤️
