My hair was a bit of riot when iinto Rays this evening and came out a new man. I wanted to cut it all off. However, Ray suggested keeping some length saying I could always come back and get a bit more off I wanted too. I'm glad I listened to Rays advice as I'm really happy with my new barnet. More importantly my wife is too as I have previous for going for the full buzz. Enjoyed some good chat and the price is really reasonable for a great a haircut. Cheers Ray

Easily the worst skin fade I have ever had. I booked a full slot online expecting a professional service from an award-winning barber, but the technical skill was non-existent. The fade was done completely backwards, leaving a harsh, choppy line around my head with absolutely zero blend.To make matters worse, the shop environment was completely unacceptable. It was dirty, unhygienic, and smelled heavily of smoke. For a business that boasts awards and charges premium prices, the lack of basic cleanliness and cutting skill is shocking. A complete waste of time and money—avoid this place. I didn't say anything in the chair because the shop environment felt highly uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave. When a barber takes their time and still leaves a completely unblended, harsh line, the technical skill isn't there—asking you to fix it would have only made it worse. Charging £20 doesn't excuse a poor cut or a dirty, smoke-filled shop. My review stands as an honest reflection of the service I received. The owner is now posting my private, personal family details online and making thinly veiled threats because he can't handle a negative review about a poor haircut. Chatting to be polite in a chair doesn't mean a customer is comfortable or happy with a botched blend. This aggressive, completely unprofessional response tells future customers everything they need to know about this shop. Avoid. FINAL UPDATE: The fact that you have concocted a paranoid conspiracy theory that I am a 'barber checking out the competition' just because you botched a skin fade is absolutely pathetic. You can try to hide behind a keyboard and use my personal family details to intimidate me all you want, but it won’t change the reality: you can’t blend hair, your shop is dirty, and you are completely unprofessional. Normal customers chat to be polite in a chair, it doesn't mean they are happy with a terrible haircut. You are an absolute joke of a business owner and a coward. This review stands, your paranoid threats didn't work, and you won’t see another penny of my money. Enjoy your empty awards."
