Really good Japanese head spa and facial I was forcing my self to stay awake to enjoy it and my skin today feels fantastic can’t wait to come back . And the lady doing it is so nice

I just got back from my first appointment at Rejuva and I must say it was very pleasant. Sham was friendly and easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. the treatment itself was enjoyable, very relaxing and didn't feel rushed. i added a shoulder and neck massage onto the head spa as I suffer from tension in that area and it felt amazing. my hair amd scalp feels so soft and clean. The venue reception area could do with a few more decorative features but I understand that it's difficult finding the extra cash for these things when running a business in the current economic situation. Sham gave me a little facemask to leave with which was a nice little unexpected extra. I would definitely be back again. Thank you for a lovely treatment! 😍 .

Visited for a Japanese head massage. I must say myself and my friend were a little disappointed not as relaxing as expected. The shampoo used really dried my hair out. The lady who dis the treatment was nice enough but she needs to work on her technique.

My treatment and voucher stated 60 minutes Japanese head spa & Lymphatic drainage facial, I had also added on hair drying (10 minutes) as an option. The head spa duration was 40 minutes at most and I was quite disappointed the treatment didn’t last the 60 minutes. Lymphatic drainage facial was not offered. The lady was pleasant but the atmosphere given was that she didn’t want to be there. There wasn’t a very relaxing atmosphere considering it was suppose to be a “spa” experience. She used massage tools on my head and then almost heavy handily put them back which created a metal sound. At the beginning when trying to get the temperature of the water correct, she didn’t realise she was running the water and the spray was actually soaking the top of my right shoulder. 20 minutes into my session she left me in the room with the water running over my hair, to blow her nose loudly, outside twice, and then returned to the room (I hope she washed / sanitised her hands!) to massage my scalp. There was some soft music playing in the background but it wasn’t very loud. All in all, the overall experience should have been better, calmer and as I said, although the lady was pleasant her attitude came across like she didn’t like her job and didn’t want to be there.

A 60 minute massage booked with a voucher I was gifted, a lovely head massage was a part of it, so that was a pleasant surprise, but the massage ended at 40 minutes which I was very disappointed at, with no explanation even when I gently tried to bring up that this was supposed to be 60 minutes. I also found the pressure wasn’t strong enough and didn’t help with my achiness. But the head massage was relaxing

Really good massage and the young lady was charming. Only observations are that they are hard to get hold of but always return your calls and this was obviously because the young lady works alone and can't answer when working with a client. it was a little cold and the oil had an unpleasant after smell. These are very minor things and I would not hesitate to book again thank you. A very positive note due to issues with booksy the voucher I had had expired, but it was honoured, which I greatly appreciated

Amazing experience

Had a lovely massage done. Excellent customer service, a beautiful environment with calming music. The focus areas was back, neck, arms and also a head massage as well. I would highly recommend
