Amazing zzz

Friendly staff member at reception who showed me up to the rooftop area. Gym was very small, disorganised and equipment was not of a great standard. One treadmill which was broken. Weight benches were not steady, had to weigh down with plates. Generally felt quite an unsafe environment to workout in and only really suitable for 1 person to use at a time. Sauna was cold and unusable. Hot tub was ok but didn’t feel very clean and could have been warmer. £25 for 2 hours use - would not recommend. Disappointed as looked great on socials.

Nice massage. The rooftop area is not very big but clean, with towels, a changing room and shower. Had a great time.

Excellent service

The staff were lovely and helpful, no service issues. However the sauna wasn’t warm, the hot tub was a bit grimy. Basic gym equipment was ok. The roof top in general was a bit messy and unorganised. Wouldn’t return.

We paid £25 to use the rooftop hot tub and sauna. The sauna was good but the hot tub needed a good clean, the general area was also unkept. The staff were friendly enough but we were not told that if we wanted a drink we would have to go down 3 floors and order at the bar - not ideal. There were also no towels so we had to phone the reception to bring them. There was one tiny shower to have once finished and one small changing room. There was no space to get ready. We didn’t realise that this is in a hostel, not a hotel. So the changing facilities were at the opposite end on a different floor and were not good quality! This place has good potential but it needs money spent on it to get it there!

Fantastic massage. Friendly service and really nice treatment room. I look forward to returning.

The spa on the roof top is amazing !!! Was recommended by the lovely massage therapist Vicky :). Also a shout of to the guy on the reception super friendly and happily showed us around the spa :) can’t wait to go back already booked for next week , it’s the perfect spot to relax after a hard week .

I had a Revolver signature massage with Vicky and she was incredible. I had a massive knot on my back and she made sure I wouldn’t leave my massage without her dissolving it, she even used hot stones on me, which I loved! I was very tensed and the massage was everything I needed! Highly recommended and I’ll be back many more times in the future
