I pop in every couple ot months to tidy up my beard sam has done a very good job so far one of the few barbers who listen

I’ve been going to this place for six months. However unfortunately on a day where I was ill I had to reschedule a morning appointment. I rebooked for the afternoon expecting myself to be better in the late pm, however I wasn’t so had to cancel. I can no longer place an appointment with them on Booksy anymore (even though when I log out of my account I can book an appointment with no problem). So, it’s safe to assume their response was to block me from making any future appointments with them, even though they’ve been my barber for I think 6 months now. I’m really disappointed and feel betrayed by this. If they had an issue they could have at least contacted me and I would have apologised and explained the situation but they didn’t even try. In my opinion the quality of customer service has severely outweighed the quality of the haircuts and atmosphere they have. It’s a real shame, but I would not recommend.

really good quality haircut would definitely reccomend Adrian and its location is nice and quiet and a really nice shop with good prices
