I chose this salon mainly because of its claims regarding very high standards of cleanliness and sterilisation. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I sat down at the table, the nail technician was already wearing gloves. I did not see her put them on, and the gloves were not disinfected before the treatment either. My hands were also not disinfected. To remove the product from my nails, a nail drill bit was used which, from what I could see, did not appear to be sterile. A brush was then used to remove the dust. The brush was not new or disposable. Considering the salon’s claimed hygiene standards, I find this particularly concerning, as such a brush comes into contact with the nails and skin of different clients. From that moment on, I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the appointment. Instead of being able to relax, I was constantly worried about hygiene and the possibility of picking up an infection. One positive thing was the cuticle work – sterile tools were used, including a drill bit and scissors. Unfortunately, the same type of brush was used again to remove the dust, which completely undermined my confidence in the hygiene standards throughout the treatment. As for the final result, the nails generally look aesthetically pleasing. However, I do have some concerns about the structure of some of the nails. On several nails, the free edge has not been built up sufficiently, and one nail started cracking around the free edge already on the first day. In my opinion, this may have been caused by the nail forms not being positioned correctly. What disappoints me the most is that I specifically chose this salon because of its claims regarding sterilisation and high hygiene standards. Unfortunately, during my appointment, I did not feel that these standards were actually being followed. The price is quite high, but I was willing to pay it because I expected the high level of hygiene and sterilisation that the salon advertises. Unfortunately, I feel that the price was not justified by the standards I experienced during my appointment. So, if you are looking for a salon specifically because of very high sterilisation and hygiene standards, based on my experience, unfortunately I cannot recommend this salon. P.S. I’ve also added a photo of the nail that has already started cracking.

Always a very pleasant experience. Salon is immaculate and staff all very welcoming. A special mention to Nadia who does a fabulous job on my nails, always friendly and makes u feel special and always get loads of compliments on my nails.
