The environment was neat. The staff was friendly. I needed a braid urgently because my regular hairstylist cancelled on me last minute. It was a fair service but I would not say good value for my money. Managing customer expectation is very important - whilst booking I expected to use 2 hours and I ended up using 8 hours+ which disrupted my entire day. The style was not the classic knotless at the end of the day but it came out beautiful. The heating was not the best but thanks to the hairstylist we were able to improvise. Take out the price, it was a good service. Include the price it was a fair service.
