First time I have met Sam yesterday. I booked an appointment following my appointment with Heather for my lash infills. I wanted a consultation with Sam to discuss treatment for my lips. I found her extremely knowledgable , friendly and approachable. She was able to answer all my queries and advise me about the best treatment for me taking into account my age and what results I was hoping for. I felt confident she was giving me honest and professional advice and have booked an appointment to go back for treatment in a few weeks.

Sam did an incredible job on my brows, especially considering she had to correct old, uneven microblading that I’d had done several years ago by another practitioner. From the very beginning, Sam was comforting, reassuring and completely transparent about what could be achieved. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The final result is absolutely amazing and far beyond what I imagined would be achievable. Sam is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about achieving the best possible result. The salon itself was also lovely: professional, welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended. Saw Heather this evening for a lash extension test. She was very welcoming, reassuring and gentle. I will go back next week for a review and have the extensions if there has been no allergic reaction. Very happy with my first encounter at the clinic.

9 months into my Skin needling journey with Sam and can hand on heart say if anyone is in two minds just do it! I had/ have cystic hormonal acne, suffered with scarring and harsh breakouts, 9 months in my skin is repairing the results are amazing, if you stick to monthly treatments it does pay off. And when I do have breakouts they are not harsh anymore and will be gone within a few days because my skin barrier is healing! I honestly cannot thank and praise Sam enough for the work she does I never thought I would see the day where I would be happy with my skin but here we are confident and happy!

From start to finish Heather and Sam have been fabulous. Eyebrows were done previously by someone not as professional as Sam. Heather had to remove the tattooed eyebrows which trust me was a long process but well worth the wait. Sam did an amazing job of tattooing my new ones. I would highly recommend them both.
