Saw both Heather for my lash review, she was as lovely as ever and I’m delighted with my lashes, I then saw Sam for lip fillers and she too was very welcoming, warm and friendly. She has done a brilliant job, the procedure itself was painless and she was reassuring throughout. Have now booked for lip blush and feel confident she will do a great job. Would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have any beautifying treatment.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Sam enough! From my initial consultation, she was so lovely and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. We discussed everything in detail and I felt completely comfortable and confident going ahead with my ombré brows. At my appointment, Sam was just as lovely and we went through the shape and look I wanted before starting. The whole process was completely pain-free and Sam did an amazing job. I was absolutely over the moon with my brows! I had my eight-week top-up today and Sam has perfected them even more, just giving them that little extra touch to make them even better. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you so much, Sam — I absolutely love my brows! ❤️

First time I have met Sam yesterday. I booked an appointment following my appointment with Heather for my lash infills. I wanted a consultation with Sam to discuss treatment for my lips. I found her extremely knowledgable , friendly and approachable. She was able to answer all my queries and advise me about the best treatment for me taking into account my age and what results I was hoping for. I felt confident she was giving me honest and professional advice and have booked an appointment to go back for treatment in a few weeks.

Sam did an incredible job on my brows, especially considering she had to correct old, uneven microblading that I’d had done several years ago by another practitioner. From the very beginning, Sam was comforting, reassuring and completely transparent about what could be achieved. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The final result is absolutely amazing and far beyond what I imagined would be achievable. Sam is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about achieving the best possible result. The salon itself was also lovely: professional, welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended. Saw Heather this evening for a lash extension test. She was very welcoming, reassuring and gentle. I will go back next week for a review and have the extensions if there has been no allergic reaction. Very happy with my first encounter at the clinic.
