great deep tissue massage, helped with a shoulder injury

I had a lovely back, neck and shoulder massage and I felt relaxed and felt better.
This is my go to place for a massage , every massage therapist is fab and work the areas I need sorting. I always send friends and family to this place as it is very professional.

Not a good massage - didn’t focus on the areas I had asked and was not a relaxing experience
The massage was very soft it just felt like she was rubbing oil on me and when I asked her to go a bit harder she barely did. And she hardly did the areas of concern that I filled out on the form, I asked to focus on feet and neck and shoulders and she very softly did my neck for a minute and just tried to click my toes but no foot rub at all and that was one of the main reasons I went there. This was my second time going and the first time was great but this second time was a let down and £60 down.
