I had such a great experience with Jo for my Korean lash lift. She was professional, friendly, and really gentle, which made the whole treatment feel comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated how she took the time to explain each step, so I always knew what was happening. It was a really calming experience from start to finish, and I’m so pleased with the results!

I recently had my lips tinted by Joanne and although I experienced some swelling for a day or so after the procedure I am very happy with the colour achieved. Very warm and natural. Every step was explained to me in detail and Joanne takes a lot of pride in her work. Highly recommend, a lovely lady too!
