Awful experience I booked 2 slots for my husband and little boy and the appointments were 50 mins late which defeats the object of booking a time slot and my husbands hair is lop sided and not cut what he asked for. My sons hair is all stepped at the back We will not be returning to Shelby’s in tettenhall
Please avoid - cancellation without prior warning. Tried to book through both Instagram and Booksy, barber saw the message and did not reply. Unprofessional 🤬
First time at Shelby's and it was a great experience. Ellis cut my hair and I'm so happy with it. I have already booked to come back again and won't be looking to go anywhere else.
