Another lovely experience at Shotgun, the best hair place I've been to. Staff without exception are friendly and welcoming, I've now seen 4 different stylists there, this time i eas back with the lovely Nikita. I have only good things to say about them. They know their stuff, they listen, they go the extra mile to help clients feel comfortable. Highly recommend

I don’t love getting my hair cut but the bear put manages to strike a balance between great hair dressing and a comfortable, unpretentious experience. Dean cut my hair yesterday and it was a treat. My hair looks amazing, the chat was on point and avoided those awkward moments. This is my second hair cut at the bear pit and both times I’ve been impressed with the results and enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend - thank you Dean.

Had my haircut with John, who was so lovely! Really down to earth and the conversation was natural and not forced! Not being from Bristol, I was worried about finding the shop but it was so easy. Approx 5 min walk from Cabot circus car park but plenty of other near by parking. Over the moon with the service, John even told me in depth about what he done to achieve my request.
