Sophie and her team always make me feel amazing at every visit, I love my hair and I love visiting the salon .

Shauna has been doing my hair for quite some time now. I’ve always found her to be attentive and professional, always listening to what I’m looking for. She responds to messages and queries quickly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent hair dresser.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Varri for the last 18 months and have been so happy every time. It grows out beautifully for a low-maintenance blonde. The studio is nice, the girls are so friendly and the overall experience is great, highly recommend!

The colour I showed as a reference looked completely different from the result I received. My hair was completely natural and had never been coloured because I had always wanted to keep it healthy and wait until I found something I really liked. I went back to the salon in person to explain my concerns. The biggest issue is that the colour was applied so far down from my roots that it looks like I had my hair coloured year ago, rather than just a week ago. I was told this was what they could do and that I could book another appointment to have it corrected. I also called later and was told that Shauna would contact me, but two days passed and I heard nothing. I called around ten times today and nobody answered. Although everyone was friendly while doing my hair, unfortunately I don’t feel that any real effort has been made afterwards to resolve the issue or make sure I was satisfied. I’m not someone who usually writes reviews or complains, and I genuinely tried to resolve this directly with the salon. But after being ignored repeatedly, I feel very disappointed that I wasted both my time and money here I wanted a big change for my birthday, so I was really excited about my hair. Unfortunately, I’m now left feeling disappointed rather than happy with the result.

Always a great service from Sophie and great to catch up with all the gals in the salon. Highly recommend Sophie for colour and highlights.

Varri was so understanding of what my hair needed cut off length wise. As a hairdresser to hairdresser I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else now all the girls are lovely. Love it thank you ! X
