Angel is a professional, knowledgeable and a patient groomer, I’m so glad we’ve found her and Superpetz!

We recently booked my 12 year old Summer in for a full groom at Superpetz & Caffè Royal Wharf, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Angel was an absolute delight from start to finish. Before the groom, she took the time to sit down with me and discuss Summer's personality, her needs, and exactly how I wanted her styled, which immediately made me feel confident she was in great hands. I let her know that Summer is nervous around water and has skin allergies, so she used allergy-friendly products, and afterwards she let me know that while Summer wasn't a fan of having her nails clipped, she patiently managed to get them done. I really appreciated how well Angel communicated both before and after the groom—it shows she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Summer looked absolutely fabulous afterwards, seemed so happy, and even gave Angel and the owner lots of love before we left! It's not always easy to find a groomer you can completely trust, but Angel is exactly that. A fantastic groom, wonderful service, and I highly recommend Superpetz & Caffè Royal Wharf!

Angel was so patient and understanding, especially knowing Ponyo can be reactive. She took such great care of her, removed all of the mats as gently as possible and gave her the loveliest groom. The space is clean and modern, we will stay at the cafe next time we pop by Thank you for taking such good care of Ponyo, we’ll definitely come back! 🤎🐾

Lovely staff and good dog grooming. They listened to us about how we wanted our dog groomed - he came out looking all handsome and lovely. You have the option to stay in their cafe whilst you pet is groomed but we needed wifi (which we may have missed) and some higher chairs/tables but overall atmosphere is chill and we love the colour scheme. There coffee is really good, the cakes and pastries are amazing!!!

We had such a lovely experience! The team were so friendly, professional, and clearly cared about my dog. Dumas came back looking amazing, smelling fresh, and he seemed so happy and relaxed afterwards. They really took their time and did a fantastic job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable grooming service. Thank you so much – we’ll definitely be back! 🐾

We booked a groom with Angel for our dog Milo. She did an amazing job and talked us through exactly what she was going to do and asked if we would be happy with what she suggested. Milo looks amazing and came out with a nice bow tie to top it off!
