Was 40 minutes late and no apology. Asked for a skin fade and beard trim. The beard wasn’t trimmed and the hair wasn’t taken down to the skin more like 0.5. The fade was poor, only good thing was the shape-up. Had to go to another barber the next day to fix the fade.
