I saw Jess for advice on improving the firmness in my lower face/jowls, after she was recommended to me. She explained in detail the options available to me, without any pressure to make an immediate decision. I left feeling well informed and ready to make an appointment to have my chosen procedure. I have gone from nervous to confident about having Jess treat me and look forward to going back. After seeing other ladies before and after pics, I'm sure the results will be amazing 😍
