Booked an appointment for full price, after the cut was told I had the trainee, lovely guy but was very nervous and that wasn’t what I booked. Got an uneven cut, weird fade, clumps out of my hair where people noticed, not what I asked for at all. Go to wait 8-10 weeks for my hair to now grow back to how I wanted it. Disappointing, sadly wouldn’t touch this place again.
