I read the reviews and decided to go with James. He was as good as i expected he would be. Same as previous reviews he made me feel welcome and spoke to me about my hair making sure i was happy at different intervals. I spoke with lee while waiting and he was welcoming also telling me about the shop and how long they have been there. I will definitely return
