So happy i found this place 💕 Every treatment i have here is amazing! I cant begin to explain how great this place is. Go in feeling pants then come out feeling amazing the laughs & stories 😆 🤣 Also not to mention them letting my little 5 year old disabled son in & feel so welcoming. Trust me once you go you be there every month like me haha 😄 ❤️
Had the Ultimate Facial with Stacie this morning, very professional made me feel at ease . My skin as never felt so smooth and healthy will definitely be going back . Highly recommend Stacie and the Beauty Bug .
I’m never one to complain as I have had Stacie before. Booked in for 30min back Massage at 1.30pm, Stacie was running 20mins late. As I was timing it Treatment started at 1.50pm, I felt that the treatment was rushed and that the target areas could’ve needed more care & consideration, however the treatment was fine. I was in there for 20mins as treatment finished at 2.10pm. This treatment was very poorly, felt as if I had to be in and out Asap. She made me feel foolish thinking not knowing the starting time when actually I looked at the treatment when I got onto the couch. The treatment time starts when you enter the room to begin my treatment not when the last client came out. I’m sorry but if you’re running late don’t cut down other clients treatment times.
Hi Kathryn, I’m sorry that you were disappointed with your treatment. Stacie was running behind by 15 minutes which staff made you aware of. Throughout the treatment Stacie checked your comfort and spent time working on your back. At the end of the treatment you were asked if everything was ok which you replied yes. We do allow time to get changed at the start and end of treatment. I’m sorry you was not happy this time

Lovely friendly salon , girls are friendly and chatty , have nails and eybrow wax and tint by charlotte. Charlottle is fantastic at what she does 🙂
