Turned up for the appointment I had booked and the person I booked with wasn’t there, so had to leave 😐. She then got in touch with me to apologise and rearrange but ignored my reply 😟. Quite shocking and very unprofessional

As always great experience! Gee responds to what I need and tailors my massage accordingly. Lovely products used and calming environment.
