Arrived to my appointment 10 minutes earlier to ensure I was not late, sat for an additional 15 minutes past my appointment. During this 25 minutes not one member of staff greeted me and when someone did eventually come out, their customer paid and she disappeared. Came for a consultation for a future hair appointment, that I will no longer be booking here.
