I had my lash extensions done by Merissa yesterday, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly meticulous and paid so much attention to every little detail. I showed her the style I wanted, and she recreated it perfectly. You can really tell how much care and passion she puts into her work. On top of that, Merissa has such a calming presence. Her voice and peaceful energy made the whole appointment so relaxing that I almost fell asleep on the bed! It felt more like a self-care treatment than just a beauty appointment. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, professional, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable, I can’t recommend Melissa enough. Thank you so much! I absolutely love my lashes and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had my eyelashes done by Merissa. I really liked it. Professional work, she has a wonderful aura, which gave me several hours of relaxation and rest. The atmosphere in the clinic is so relaxing, complete with lovely classical background music. The result of the work is wonderful. I recommend to everyone.

I have had multiple fantastic experiences at the chic haus! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, bright and immaculately clean, making it such a relaxing place to unwind. Merissa has always been professional and taking her time to understand exactly what I want. She has been thorough and meticulous, leaving me with stunning, lashes every time. Fantastic service! I booked a last-minute emergency appointment. Merissa managed to fit me in at short notice and completely turned things around. She carefully removed the old set and refitted a beautiful new set that looked so much more natural, balanced, and well-finished. She is very friendly, professional, and very welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. The whole experience felt calm, efficient, and reassuring from start to finish. I will definitely be returning for future treatments.
