I went to the address provided and it was someones house. I knocked on the door for a while but nobody answered, waited around the street 10 minutes but nobody showed so i left. There wasnt a number to call. I messaged the insta page but again no response. Giving a 1 star for the confusion and lack of communication given.
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for the confusion with the address and that you couldn’t get through to me. I’ve recently moved to my home address for a few months, and my new address and contact number are listed on Booksy. I can't always answer the phone when I'm back to back with clients. Our clinic is round the back of the house. I understand this was frustrating, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Have a lovely day!
