i went here for some extensions for my holiday on monday after having a consultation the week before . only to be disappointed to realise the colour match is not as it should be . i was feeling disappointed at this as had not heard from mel but it turns out she had been poorly and she did apologise and offer me a payment to get it toned whilst away. i understand mistakes happen or possibly brand with extensions. i appreciate my disappoint has been acknowledged x
