I didn't feel listened to or given any advice. My nails were already brittle, and I came in hoping for guidance on the best way to care for them. Instead, BIAB was applied very quickly without any discussion. If I had been advised to have a manicure first or another treatment to improve the condition of my nails, I would have been more than happy to pay for it. The gap between the colour and the cuticle was also much larger than I expected, making it look as though the nails had already grown out. To make matters worse, some of the product started peeling off the very same day when I got home.

Removal only of Biab on hands and toes. I was pleased my nails received a file after the procedure. Lovely place nice and clean and always very busy so glad I booked as I was seen first before a walk in. So very grateful for that.

First time coming normally go to L1 nails but decided to try here as it was closer and I loved the design just wish there was more of an interaction but still pleased overall
