I took my boy here to get his first short haircut and they did an amazing job. Tolg was great with the kids and tjey enjoyed themselves. A great customer service and my kids haircut was great. Hes so happy. Will be going back here for now on.

The best hair studio/barber in Richmond hands down, their service, attention to detail and the friendliness is 100%, every time I come out I feel 10/10.

I am an American and moved to Richmond a few years ago. I was looking for a top-notch barber and stumbled across Tolga. I haven’t let a person touch my hair since. He’s courteous, thoughtful and always has a new service he offers to make the grooming experience the best in Richmond!

My friend came in London to visit me, and as he likes to have his hairs always on spot I brought him here for an hair cut as I heard very good things about this Barber shop. In the end he got for shave too. He was so happy and satisfied about the result. And the service 10 out of 10.

A bit of context for this review: This is the second time I have visited this barber. I have been living in Richmond for over 8 years and have a regular guy to cut my hair, unfortunately he is away for a few months, so had been looking to find a replacement in the meantime. My first experience was okay- Had to wait past my booked appointment time while the owner finished a walk in. I was offered coffee and then a tea which were both good. The haircut was a bit shorter than I wanted, and I was a bit disappointed as I had shown him pictures of my hair at the length and style I wanted. I mentioned this and was told “I can put it back if you want” a little sarcastic, but no issue on my side. Today, I went back for another try. Ended up waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time as he was dealing with another walk in. Was okay to wait a bit as I had work to do on my phone. Eventually he had finished the walk in and came to check I was okay, which I replied I was…he then proceeded to clean up and then head to the back room for a while and then went outside for a cigarette . Once back inside he leant up against the counter without acknowledging that he was ready for me, and then eventually said “Ready when you are” my response was “ I’ve been ready for a while”. He then proceeded to send a voice note on his phone and then continued scrolling while I was in the chair! I then had enough and walked out. He is actually a fairly nice guy from the chats I had on my first booking but does seem to have no time management skill and a poor way of dealing with customers. It’s funny because he went out of his way asking for a review multiple times after first booking there. With Richmond having so many decent barbers to choose from, a casual and perhaps arrogant attitude like his won’t keep him in business. At least not from me!l
