Staff within triumph are all amazing. Friendly and listen, staff are patient with our 6 year old 😊 he has gained so much confidence within the barbers and feels comfortable. Normally he has PJ but this time had Morgan who was calm and so good with him. Great trims every time

Really pleased with my beard, Luke listened to how I wanted it before we started and did a fantastic job. Will be booking back in again

Good friendly staff quality hair cuts

Very poor experience, I arrived on time for my 1pm appointment. Two barbers were working which was fare enough. Ten minutes waiting and another gent arrived who was seen straight away. My existence still had been acknowledged. I said I have an appointment only to be told a barber had not come in today and should have messaged me. Really poor service. I was on my lunch hour. A polite text message to cancel would have been fine. I don't like being ignored
