I had such a great experience! Tonya was amazing from start to finish, so knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly gentle with my daughter, which made us both feel completely at ease. She kept us informed throughout the entire appointment, explaining everything she was doing and why, and she’s even sending us a personalised hair care plan to help us maintain healthy hair at home. It’s so refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about the health of your hair rather than just the style. I’ve definitely found my new hairdresser and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!
