I booked a mobile pedicure for 9am as a Mother's Day gift but unfortunately the appointment didn’t go ahead. I didn’t receive confirmation the day before despite me messaging, and was only informed 10 minutes after the scheduled time that there was an issue. It was disappointing as I had set aside time for this. I hope communication can be improved for future clients.
