I honestly had such a lovely experience. Malik is such a kind person, and you can really tell he cares. He pays attention to the smallest details and actually listens to what you want, which made me feel really heard and comfortable the whole time. I loved how carefully he did everything from washing my hair , it was so relaxing and to the way he cut and styled my hair it was just amazing. My hair is super straight (like glass 😅) and it never really holds a style, so I know it’s not the easiest to work with. But somehow he made it look so good. I had really long, slightly dry hair before, and after the cut it feels so much lighter and healthier. It’s soft, smells amazing, and just feels alive again. It genuinely gave me my sparkle back. Now I just need to learn how to style it the way he did 😊✨ that part will take some effort on my side! But I’m so grateful for his work and the whole personal experience. It really felt tailored just for me

Good service

Very disappointed. I paid more than £200 for a keratin/hair botox treatment but after the first wash my hair was still frizzy with no real improvement. When I said I wasn’t happy, I was told to take care of it and use hair masks and style it and it will get better But the whole point of the treatment is to improve the hair even without all that.Also the main stylist didn’t even apply the product it was done by an assistant and the stylist only did the straightening at the end No offer to fix the issue or refund. Poor experience.
