Great cut from Mitch, just moved to the city so glad I finally found a regular!
sorry but wasn't a great experience. Young lad who cut my hair needed the instructions repeating three times and still didn't really give what I asked for. he was quite distracted and not great at listening. shame as it seemed like a nice place and he was a pleasant guy. but now booking for haircut to fix the haircut

Sam is clearly a skilled barber and gives great haircuts, but unfortunately he didn’t listen to what I was asking for. I wear a hearing aid and don’t like hair left around it, which I explained before we started. I also told him I’d previously had skin fades because my hair is very thick and grows back quickly. He recommended a high taper instead, even though I was wary as I’d had one before and it made no difference. When he finished, I told him I wasn’t happy with the sides. He made a few adjustments, but it still wasn’t what I’d asked for. To be honest, the haircut doesn’t look any different from before, apart from the back, which I can’t even see myself. Sam is clearly talented, but listening to customers and taking their preferences into account is just as important as the quality of the cut. I hope this feedback helps for future customers.
Hey Dan, I really appreciate you being straight with me in this review. I’m honestly gutted to read this because it’s never my intention for a client to leave feeling like they weren't heard, especially when it comes to something as important as your comfort with your hearing aid. I clearly messed up here, and I’m sorry for that. I’d love to have you back in to fix the sides and get it done properly, totally on me. Alex is everything I'd want from a barber and more. He's become a good friend, a wise person I enjoy listening to, and most crucially an excellent stylist for someone like me who has never understood what it means to look sharp and cool. Strongest recommendation
