Very relaxed, kind and professional
i booked for mass and he’s wasn’t there and mass always does my hair best but i had some other guy and it felt like he didn’t know what he was doing and i had to tell him what a drop fade was and he was really ruff with the haircut and that has now gave me a massive rash on the back of the head and i feel like i didn’t get the haircut i asked for ive i would appreciate if i could get a refund or mass could fix it up by monday.
