I should point out this was my very first visit and going from the reviews I was expecting good things. Firstly I had made the booking through Booksy but when I arrived they were taking people on a first come first seen bases which meant I have a 20 minute wait. It was explained that normally they would have 4 barbers on but that day they only had 2. Because of this I have no idea which barber I actually got to see? The hair cut is ok, altho he has faded too high at the back of my head so my crown needs to be super glued down for it to stay down. He attacked my beard with the clippers and poked me in the face on a number of occasions with end of the clippers. I felt the whole cut was rushed, he was working at 100 mph. With the razor he shaved my cheeks to line up my beard but this was done dry with no shaving cream or oil put on first, this started to burn later on. When I got home and showered I noticed my beard had some long hairs where he had missed so I had to spent 10 mins going over it myself…just isn’t what I thought I’d be getting or what I paid for.
