I booked in for a LVL and a wax before my holidays. I had a great wax with Gemma. Lovely bespoke salon. Really clean and a great service. Gemma was lovely throughout. Highly recommend I then had a Korean lash lift and tint with Lauren. She was very professional but the lash lift is very disappointing. I have emailed and inboxed Waxit but not heard back from them. The loft hasn’t taken and my lshes are exactly the same as they were before the appointment. I’ve compared them to a lift I had last year and they are incomparable. My lashes are not even tinted any darker than they originally are. Very very disappointed by this service and lack of contact from Waxit to acknowledge or resolve my complaint.
Hi Marianne, so sorry to hear your lash lift results weren’t as expected. We will of course do everything we can to resolve this for you. I went to wax it today for a lash lift and I am overjoyed with the result. The staff are so lovely. I struggle with anxiety and I was having a bit of a moment when I went for my patch test but I was made to feel so at ease. When I explained I was anxious they were so understanding. Amazing results and lovely people. Will definitely be my new go to for brows and lashes!

Best and least painful wax I’ve ever had ❤️ The ladies are always so lovely and I really appreciate the effort they put in to keep you talking so you’re distracted from the pain hahaha

As a 1st timer I was a little apprehensive. I needn't have worried. Hannah was lovely. She explained each part of the process & kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. I'm just about to book my next appointment which I think says it all.
