I had a fantastic experience from my initial consultation through to my treatment. Everything was explained thoroughly and professionally, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process. The consultation was informative, with plenty of time to discuss my concerns, ask questions and understand the treatment, expected results and aftercare. I particularly appreciated the honest, friendly approach and the fact that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase treatments or products. The treatment itself was carried out with great care and professionalism, and I felt reassured and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.. A genuinely positive experience with knowledgeable, approachable staff who put their clients first. I’m delighted with the service and look forward to returning!
