Flora is lovely, very professional but friendly. A rare balance in my experience. Knowledgeable, explained everything well and as I nearly fell asleep a couple of times, I would say a very relaxing experience.

I have never had a lash lift and tint and I’m so impressed! So thankful for Flora for being patient with me, twitchy eyes, fidgety butt and anxious questions but she was gentle, patient and reassuring throughout! So lovely to know that it’s all vegan and cruelty free too!
