Genuinely not got the words to describe the experience we had here this evening. My son (8) has always struggled when going to the barbers, usually ending in tears and a very anxious boy at the end of it. Tonight, he laughed so hard he cried and walked out saying “that’s my favourite place, can I go back tomorrow?”. He said Matt is the funniest person he’s ever met (i won’t take that personally!!), he truly made the visit so comfortable for him. Katie made him feel comfortable from the get go, and he absolutely loved that she knew all about karate! Honestly can’t thank you all enough for making what is usually a very difficult experience for our boy, something he’s asking to come back and do! Thank you thank you thank you ❤️
